INGREDIENTS – allergy information is in bold

Standard Mwffins contain – Wheat flour, free range eggs, vegetable oil, full fat yogurt and milk, sugar, gf baking powder.

Gluten free mwffins use gf flour, blend of rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat, xanthan gum, gf baking powder.

Vegan mwffins- no eggs or dairy. Oat milk, Coconut yoghurt, vegan dark and oat milk chocolate, cocoa and chocolate spread.

Added ingredients

Triple Chocolate: 80% dark chocolate, white chocolate milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, hazelnut chocolate spread (Nutella - nuts, soya).

Raspberry Bakewell: Nuts - Ground almonds, flaked almonds, almond essence, fresh raspberries, raspberry conserve, freeze dried raspberry sprinkles.

Blueberry: Fresh blueberries, freeze dried blueberries, blueberry conserve, vanilla extract, pumpkin seeds.

Lemon Blossom: lemon juice and zest, lemon essence, lemon curd (eggs), lemon jelly, homemade crystallised lemon peel.

Blackberry and Apple Crumble- home made cinnamon apple compote, fresh blackberries, oats, butter, dehydrated apple.

Cinnamon Biscoff Bun- ground cinnamon, Biscoff spread soya, sugar glaze, fudge pieces milk

Orange, Ginger and Dark Choc- orange zest and essence, orange and ginger jam, crystallised ginger and orange, 85% dark chocolate

Apricot, Pistachio and White Chocolate- home made apricot saffron compote, whole and ground pistachios nuts, white chocolate milk

Cheese and seaweed: Milk, grated welsh cheddar, Pant Mawr cheese, leeks, foraged fresh and dried seaweed may contain crustacean (sea lettuce, dried kelp and dulse), chives, thyme.

Masala Dosa: potato, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, turmeric, mustard seed mustard, nigella seeds, cumin, sumac, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, hemp and linseed), red pepper flakes, mango chutney.

Roasted Red Pepper, Olive and Wild Garlic Pesto: Roasted red pepper, pitted Kalamata olives, feta cheese milk, basil, wild garlic pesto (foraged wild garlic leaves, nettle, roasted nuts, hard goat cheese, olive oil).

Allergies and food intolerances

Nuts are regularly used in my products, and so Mwffins are not suitable for those with a nut allergy due to the risk of cross contamination.

My Kitchen - food hygiene and safety

As an experienced Chef, I regularly update my Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, Food Allergy Training and other training recommended by the Food Standards Agency.

I am fully insured as a food business.

My kitchen is registered with Pembrokeshire County Council, however they have not yet inspected and so I do not have a food hygiene star rating. The kitchen storage, layout and record keeping has been set up according to advice received from the Food Safety Officer and the Food Standards Agency. I look forward to getting my star rating soon!

Delivery Details

Pre-arranged pick up in Fishguard - you are welcome to pick up from my home at 3, Vergam Terrace, Fishguard, SA65 9DD- we can arrange a time. You can also order less than a box of 6 if you like! Email me on tymwffin@gmail.com with your order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 postal delivery – within the UK only, which will take 1-2 working days to arrive. You will be able to track your order online. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that your order will be with you on a specific day, but I will do my best to ensure it gets to you on time.

Looking after your Mwffins

As my bakes are a fresh product without preservatives, I recommend that you keep them in a cool place out of the sun, in a closed container, and eat them within 3 days of receiving them. You can also wrap and freeze them for up to 3 weeks - they will be safe to eat for up to 3 months, but not at their best.

Remove all packaging including paper cases if you are heating your mwffins- because they stick to the cases otherwise!.
