INGREDIENTS – allergy information is in bold
Standard products contain- Milk, Eggs, Wheat
Gluten free products contain gluten free flour blend- rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat, xanthan gum
Products containing seaweed may contain traces of crustacean
We prefer to avoid soya however those with white chocolate may contain soya
Allergies and food intolerances
Nuts are regularly used in my products, and so are not suitable for those with a nut allergy due to the risk of cross contamination.
Gluten free products are suitable for those with a gluten intolerance. however, while every effort is made to avoid cross contamination, they cannot be guaranteed coeliac safe.
My Kitchen - food hygiene and safety
I have recently been inspected, and awarded a 5* hygiene rating.
As an experienced Chef, I regularly update my Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, Food Allergy Training and other training recommended by the Food Standards Agency.
I am fully insured and registered as a food business.
Delivery Details
Pre-arranged pick up in Fishguard - you are welcome to pick up from my home at 3, Vergam Terrace, Fishguard, SA65 9DD- we can arrange a time. You can also order less than a box of 6 if you like! Email me on tymwffin@gmail.com with your order.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 postal delivery – within the UK only, which will take 1-2 working days to arrive. You will be able to track your order online. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that your order will be with you on a specific day, but I will do my best to ensure it gets to you on time.
Products are very carefully packed, however we cannot be responsible for damage that (very rarely) occurs during delivery
Looking after your Mwffins
As my bakes are a fresh product without preservatives, I recommend that you keep them in a cool place out of the sun, in a closed container, and eat them within 3 days of receiving them. You can also wrap and freeze them for up to 3 weeks - they will be safe to eat for up to 3 months, but not at their best.
Remove all packaging including paper cases if you are heating your mwffins- because they stick to the cases otherwise!.
