Growing up, my mum and me made the best welshcakes , which she cooked on her ‘planc’ (traditional flat griddle) every week, the aroma filled the house. After working in catering and hospitality for a number of years, I decided to start Ty Mwffin with the encouragement of my friends. We love to get in the sea all year, and a muffin and coffee after is the best. I made more and more and here I am!
